My Brother Rabbit is a new puzzle game by Artifex Mundi, for Steam, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch. It will be released on September 21, 2018. Artifex Mundi is a team of 150 video game developers from Poland who are known for making some pretty cool hidden object games in the market already. My Brother Rabbit plays off this company history and expands into an amazing new adventure. Lets get into the My Brother Rabbit Review

What Kind of Game Is My Brother Rabbit?1 gif square

Well let’s see what the developer has to say….

In this magnificent land of make-believe, a cute little rabbit living underground wants to nurse his ill friend, a flower, back to health however he can. To do so, he must use his wits to decipher puzzles inspired by classic point and clicks, uncover hidden objects, and play minigames to continue his adventure. Calmly and casually collect hidden butterflies, balloons, and other items before solving intriguing enigmas.

So My Brother Rabbit is a hidden objects over several screens game as well has having a bunch of point and click, mind bending logic and fun minigames mixed in. What kind you ask? You name it. Match items, mazes, weight puzzles, color matching puzzles, tricky-you-think-you-have-it-but-no-you-don’t-yet puzzles. I really enjoyed the mix and variety of puzzles in this game. It was not the same repetitive puzzle over and over. There were constantly new mind benders for you to solve as you progressed along in the story.

Sights, and Sounds of My Brother Rabbit Review

The first thing you will notice about My Brother Rabbit is it’s amazingly well done graphics. This game sure packs a punch in the visually stunning, cute factor. This is not some basic screens with some basic objects to click. The cut scenes are amazing works of art in themselves as the main story gets told. Each background scene has so many details to explore. There are tons of bright vibrant colors and rich detailed landscapes. Check out some of these screenshots!

The sound is also fitting for this dream world with a score by Arkadiusz Reikowski. This soundtrack is full of beautiful melodies that give you just the right amount of background to focus. The main theme song even has Emi Evans – the voice behind NieR: Automata and Dark Souls singing. You can check it out here –

Game play of My Brother Rabbit

My Brother Rabbit reminded me of some old school classic point and click adventures (like Maniac Mansion or Kings Quest) with similar multi step solutions to move ahead in some puzzles. This would be an awesome game to play with children, older folks or those not super into video games as it is pretty straight forward game play. There is a few elements of “sickness” that might startle younger viewers, but the vast majority of the game is set in the magical fantasy bunny world of dreams.  The world is truly a magical one that you will enjoy exploring to the finest point and click detail.

Get on Steam now.
